First Aid Training Courses.

Our courses are held in a comfortable and warm environment. There is free car parking available (based on a first come, first served basis) as well as free offsite parking.

4 hour CPR and AED Training

Our First Aid Courses are held at The Stable in Weston-super-Mare. If you would like us to come to you, please contact us. 

1 Day - Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work.

You Will Learn:

  • First Aid Priorities

  • Managing Incidents

  • Basic Life Support

  • Examination of a Casualty

  • Unconsciousness

  • Control of Bleeding

  • Burns and Scalds

  • Regulations

  • First Aid Kits

  • Recording and Reporting

  • Includes an Introduction to AED machines.

  • Upon completing the course, the candidate will have a good knowledge of emergency first aid skills which can be used in the workplace.

  • Certificate will be provided*.

  • First aid literature to take back to the workplace is included in the cost of the Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course. 

  • Tea and coffee included. 

 

       COST - £90.00** PER PERSON INCLUSIVE OF VAT. 

       Please note a deposit of £45.00 per person is required to secure your space.

Who Should Attend?

Qualified First Aiders. Once EFAW qualified it is then possible to progress to the First Aid at Work 3-day course.

For those who are 16 or over and need to be First Aiders in the Workplace. Once qualified, holders of this First Aid at Work certificate can be used as First Aiders in the workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

3 Day - First Aid at Work Course

Annual Update - Half-day workshop

  • Upon completing the course the candidate will be confident and competent in Basic Life Support Skills. The candidate will also know how to use an AED for use in the community.
